A healthy turkey burger with a robust taste of many great flavors. Serve with Asian greens, curry sauce and freshly sliced mango.

Curry Sauce

⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Thai red curry paste
½ tsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base (Reduced Sodium)
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp chili garlic sauce
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground coriander

Quantity Ingredient
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp grape seed oil
1½ tsp Thai red curry paste
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
½ tsp Better Than Bouillon® Lobster Base
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lb ground turkey
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp grape seed oil (for pan frying)
2 ripe mangos, sliced
Asian greens
4 hamburger buns

Directions for Curry Sauce

    In a small bowl, add curry sauce ingredients; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Directions for Turkey Burgers

    In a large bowl, add lime juice, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, curry paste, ginger, coriander, Chicken and Lobster Bases, garlic powder, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Add turkey, cilantro and green onion to bowl and gently mix to combine.

    Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

    In a large non-stick skillet, add 2 teaspoons of grape seed oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook patties until done, about 8-10 minutes, turning once.

    Serve with Asian greens, 1 tablespoon of curry sauce and freshly sliced mango.

When cooking burgers, never press down on the patties with a spatula because valuable juices are lost and burgers will not be moist.
