Ingredients

6 (approximately 2 pounds) small golden potatoes, diced large
1 cup yellow onion, cut into thin 1-inch strips
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 stick melted butter
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1½ tsp garlic, granulated
½ tsp paprika

Directions

    Preheat grill to 400°F.

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients until potatoes are coated evenly.

    Pour mixture in an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.

    Cook potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes or until fork-tender.

Serve as a side dish with Gaucho Style Crispy Sirloin.
