Spicy Chicken Flatbread

⅓ cup hot sauce
3 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
1½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 pkg (12 to 14 oz) flatbread (2 count)
1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup pickled jalapeño pepper slices

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    In medium bowl, stir together hot sauce, butter, barbecue sauce and Roasted Garlic Base. Add chicken and toss until well coated.

    Place flatbreads on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over flatbreads, leaving 1/2-inch border. Top with cheese, onion and jalapeños.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted, toppings are heated through and flatbreads are golden brown.

Tip: Serve with drizzles of sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for a cooling finish.
