1 lb | peeled and deveined large shrimp (21–25 count) |
3 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Smoky Chipotle Base |
3 Tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 Tbsp | finely chopped cilantro |
Directions
In large cast-iron skillet set over medium-high heat, add butter and swirl to melt. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp start to turn pink.
Add Culinary Collection Smoky Chipotle; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture is fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and cilantro.
Tip: Serve over warm rice as a main dish or serve with fresh baguette slices for an appetizer
