1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ cup tomato paste

Sprinkle with flour and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until incorporated. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups water, hot sauce and Roasted Beef Base. Whisking, bring to a boil. Stir in meatballs. Reduce heat to medium-low.
