1½ tsp | Better Than Bouillon® Baked Ham Base |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | ground white pepper |
1 cup | quick grits |
1 Tbsp | butter |
3 oz | goat cheese, cut into pieces |
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add Ham Base, salt and pepper, whisk to combine; gradually pour in grits while continuously whisking.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook and stir until grits begin to thicken, about 5-8 minutes.
Stir in butter until melted. Add goat cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Remove from heat and serve.
