This healthy sheet pan salmon dinner is a winner on all accounts, easy to prepare, ready in minutes and loaded with tasty flavors.

2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | grainy mustard |
4 | skinless salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz each) |
1 | bunch asparagus, trimmed |
2 cups | cherry tomatoes |
1 tbsp | fresh dill |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° F. Stir together Roasted Garlic Base, lemon juice, oil and mustard; brush 1 tbsp of the mixture over each salmon fillet.
Arrange salmon, asparagus and cherry tomatoes on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Drizzle remaining lemon juice mixture over top.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and just starts to flake, asparagus is tender and tomatoes start to blister. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges if desired. Substitute trout for salmon if desired.
