⅓ cup | plain Greek-style yogurt |
3 Tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp | chopped fresh dill |

1 tsp | Better Than Bouillon® Lobster Base |
¼ cup | milk |
1 can | (14.75-ounce) salmon, drained, skin and bones removed |
¼ cup | chopped green onions |
⅓ cup | dry bread crumbs |
¼ tsp | ground white pepper |
1 Tbsp | canola oil for pan frying |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and dill. Cover and refrigerate.
In a medium bowl, beat egg with whisk. Add Lobster Base and milk; whisk until base dissolves. Stir in remaining ingredients, except oil.
Shape mixture into 6 small round patties.
In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve with Yogurt-Dill Sauce.
Serve with fresh baby greens or a fresh fruit salad.
