Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient |
---|---|
⅓ cup | orange juice |
¼ cup | lime juice |
¼ cup | olive oil |
2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
2 tsp | minced garlic |
1½ tsp | ground cumin |
2 12 oz | T-Bone Steaks |
2 tsbp | chopped cilantro |
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, Roasted Beef Base, garlic and cumin. Transfer to a large glass Pyrex container with steak. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high and grease grates well. Remove steak from glass Pyrex container, reserving marinade. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side or until thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 125-130 F (for medium-rare). Transfer to cutting board, tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes.
Transfer reserved marinade to small saucepan set over medium- high heat. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half, 4 to 6 minutes.
Slice steak 1/2-inch thick against the grain. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with reduced marinade. Garnish with cilantro.
Tip: Serve with rice and beans, plus lime wedges for squeezing.
