A tasty vegetarian dish when paired with vegetarian sushi and green tea.

Ingredients

| 4 cups | water |
| 1½ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Vegetarian No Chicken Base |
| 1 Tbsp | instant wakame flakes |
| 1 | green onion, thinly sliced |
| 3 oz | extra firm silken tofu, drained and cut into small cubes |
| 1½ Tbsp | red miso (stir until dissolved into ¼ cup of water) |
Directions
In a soup pot, over medium heat, add water, whisk in Vegetarian No Chicken Base until dissolved.
Add wakame flakes and green onion, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, add cubed tofu, heat through.
Remove from heat, gently stir in miso-water mixture.
Serve with vegetarian sushi and green tea.
