Ingredients

4 cups water
1½ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Vegetarian No Chicken Base
1 Tbsp instant wakame flakes
1 green onion, thinly sliced
3 oz extra firm silken tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
1½ Tbsp red miso (stir until dissolved into ¼ cup of water)

Directions

    In a soup pot, over medium heat, add water, whisk in Vegetarian No Chicken Base until dissolved.

    Add wakame flakes and green onion, bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to low, add cubed tofu, heat through.

  • 4

    Remove from heat, gently stir in miso-water mixture.

Serve with vegetarian sushi and green tea.
