6 | skin-on salmon fillets (about 5 to 6oz each) |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Adobo Base |
2 Tbsp | pure maple syrup |
2 Tbsp | finely chopped cilantro |

Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Pat salmon dry with paper towel. Arrange on parchment paper–lined baking sheet.
In small bowl, stir together Culinary Collection Adobo and maple syrup until blended. Brush evenly over salmon fillets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until starting to flake.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Tip: Flake any leftover salmon and toss with cooked rice. Drizzle with soy sauce, freshly squeezed lime juice and mayonnaise. Top with avocado and cucumber for a simple lunch bowl.
