Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1½ cups prepared waffle mix
3 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Turkey Base
1 cup leftover shredded roasted turkey
½ cup crumbled leftover stuffing
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cup frozen corn, prepared according to package directions
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Directions

  • 1

Prepare waffle mix according to package directions, adding 1 Tbsp Roasted Turkey Base to batter. Fold in turkey, stuffing and cheese.

  • 2

Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions; ladle or pour enough batter into waffle iron to cover about two-thirds of the grid surface. Close lid; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until steam stops emerging from waffle iron and waffles are golden brown and crisp. Repeat with remaining batter.

Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan set over medium heat. Sprinkle flour over top; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in 2 cups water; bring to boil. Stir in remaining turkey base. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve waffles with corn and gravy poured over top. Sprinkle with Chives.

Add 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh sage, rosemary or thyme to waffles if desired.
