Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient |

½ cup | olive oil |
1½ Tbsp | garlic, minced or 6-8 garlic cloves |
½ tsp | red chili peppers, crushed |
¾ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base |
¼ tsp | cilantro, fresh, chopped |
¼ cup | red wine vinegar |
2½ lbs | skirt steak |
8 | lime wedges |
Directions
In a sauté pan heat olive oil
Add garlic and fry until lightly golden.
Add crushed red chilies, Beef Base and cilantro and remove from heat.
Add red wine vinegar and allow to cool.
Once marinade is cool pour over skirt steak and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours.
Cook marinated skirt steak on a hot grill until desired temperature.
To serve, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lime juice.
