Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient |
---|---|
¼ cup | olive oil |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Italian Herb Base |
2 | large portobello mushrooms |
4 | fresh or frozen beef burger patties |
4 slices | provolone cheese |
4 | burger buns, split and toasted |
¼ cup | garlic mayo sauce |
1 cup | arugula |
4 | thick slices tomato |
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grates well.
In small bowl, stir together oil and Culinary Collection Italian Herb. Brush generously over mushrooms and burgers.
Grill burgers according to package directions, adding provolone to each burger in the last minute of cooking. Grill mushrooms, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes or until grill-marked and tender. Slice mushrooms.
Assemble burgers in buns with mushrooms, garlic mayo sauce, arugula and tomato.
Tips: For quick homemade garlic mayo sauce, in small bowl, stir together 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp minced garlic.
Substitute beef burger patty with turkey, chicken or veggie if preferred.
