Ingredients

Marinade

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 (6-ounce) chicken breasts

Glaze

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup honey
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
¼ cup The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™
1 tsp coarse ground mustard
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Directions for Marinade

    In a bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Place marinade and chicken in an air-tight plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Preheat grill to 400°F.

    In a bowl, whisk together all the glaze ingredients.

    Place the chicken directly onto the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes. Turn the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes more or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Coat chicken with glaze before removing from grill.
