Ingredients

⅓ cup pineapple juice
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup ketchup
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1 Tbsp minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp mustard powder
8 boneless chicken thighs
2 green onions, thinly sliced

    In large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Roasted Chicken Base, ginger, garlic and mustard powder until blended; add chicken, tossing until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Grill chicken, turning frequently, for 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Sprinkle with green onions.

Tip: Serve with grilled pineapple if desired.
