Our quick and easy Shrimp Scampi is perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

1 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Fish Base |
¼ cup | olive oil |
2 Tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 Tbsp | freshly chopped parsley |
1 Tbsp | minced garlic |
¼ tsp | cayenne pepper |
1 lb | (21-25 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 loaf | French bread, sliced lengthwise |
Directions
Preheat grill to 400°F.
Mix the Fish Base, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and cayenne pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Remove half the mixture and reserve for the bread. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to combine.
Open the bread and brush the cut sides with remaining olive oil mixture.
Place the shrimp directly onto grill. Grill for 2 minutes per side. Place the bread, brushed side down, directly onto grill. Grill for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
Remove the shrimp and the bread from the grill. Serve immediately.
