Our Better Than Bouillon marinade gives this dinner classic a deliciously savory taste!

2 racks | (1-pound) of lamb |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
1 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base (Reduced Sodium) |
2 Tbsp | Dijon mustard |
2 Tbsp | freshly chopped parsley |
2 tsp | minced garlic |
1 tsp | freshly chopped rosemary |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | dried thyme |
Directions
Preheat the grill to 450 °F.
Rub the racks of lamb with olive oil and Roasted Beef Base, place directly onto the grill. Grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove the lamb from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Lower the grill to 400 °F.
Mix the Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and thyme in a small mixing bowl.
Carefully rub the lamb with the marinade. Place the lamb back onto the grill and grill for 5 minutes. Turn the racks and grill for 10 minutes more, turn the racks once more and grill for 8 - 10 minutes more or until the internal temperature is 125 °F.
Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing into individual chops. Serve immediately
