Delicious with portabella mushrooms, squash, or eggplant. *Substitute 1 tablespoon of minced garlic if Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base is not available.

¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1 lb large zucchini, sliced

Directions

    Preheat the grill to 425°F.

    Add the oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, Roasted Garlic Base, and Seasoned Vegetable Base to a large bowl; whisk to combine. Add the zucchini and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.

    Remove the zucchini from the marinade and place directly onto the grill. Grill for 2 minutes per side.
