Grilled Baby Yukon Potatoes

Delicious with 1-pound thickly cut carrots added to the recipe or use multi-colored fingerling potatoes. Also, recipe can be easily cooked in the oven.

2 lbs baby Yukon gold potatoes, washed and cut in half crosswise
1½ Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup freshly chopped parsley

Directions

    Preheat the grill to 425°F.

    Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, add the potatoes and toss to combine.

    Add the potatoes to a large sheet of aluminum foil, spread evenly, and seal shut.

    Add the foil packet directly to the grill and grill for 30 minutes.

    Remove the potatoes from the grill and serve immediately.
