3 | chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces |
2 cups | broccoli, cut into bite size pieces |
1 | red bell pepper, cut into thin 1” strips |
1 | medium red onion, cut into thin 1” strips |
1 | yellow bell pepper, cut into thin 1” strips |
1 Tbsp | soy sauce |
¼ cup | brown sugar |
½ Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
½ tsp | fresh ginger, finely chopped |
¼ cup | water |
Directions
Place diced chicken and all vegetables in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl combine the rest of the ingredients into a sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables and mix until evenly coated.
Pour chicken and vegetables into an aluminum-grilling pan and place onto grill.
Cook approximately 12 - 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are soft.
Serve with rice or Asian noodles.
