This cheesy potato dish delivers lots of yummy flavors that everyone will love.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
2 lbs Yukon Gold potato, each cut into 6 wedges
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450° F. Whisk together Roasted Garlic Base, oil and Italian seasoning. Toss mixture with potatoes.

    Arrange in single layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan; bake for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with chives.

Serve with warmed tomato sauce or Alfredo sauce for dipping.
