Sweet and saucy, this simple stir-fried bok choy is loaded with big flavors.

2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
1 Tbsp | hoisin sauce |
1 Tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
2 Tbsp | canola oil |
8 | heads baby bok choy, halved or quartered if large |
4 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
⅓ cup | chopped toasted cashews |
Directions
Stir together Roasted Chicken Base, hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp water and vinegar. Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat; cook baby bok choy and garlic, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened. Stir in 1 Tbsp water.
Stir in Roasted Chicken Base mixture; bring to boil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender and sauce has thickened. Stir in green onions and cashews.
Tip: Substitute broccoli, green beans or asparagus for bok choy.
