Garlic Hoisin Bok Choy Stir-Fry

Sweet and saucy, this simple stir-fried bok choy is loaded with big flavors.

2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp canola oil
8 heads baby bok choy, halved or quartered if large
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
⅓ cup chopped toasted cashews

Directions

    Stir together Roasted Chicken Base, hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp water and vinegar. Heat oil in wok or large skillet set over high heat; cook baby bok choy and garlic, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened. Stir in 1 Tbsp water.

    Stir in Roasted Chicken Base mixture; bring to boil. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender and sauce has thickened. Stir in green onions and cashews.

Tip: Substitute broccoli, green beans or asparagus for bok choy.
