Ingredients

2 Tbsp olive oil
½ red onion, thin strips
2 cups broccoli
1 yellow squash, cut in half, sliced
1 zucchini, cut in half, sliced
½ tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base

Directions

    Add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté the onions and broccoli for 2 minutes. Add squash and zucchini, sauté for 1 minute.

    Add the garlic and Seasoned Vegetable Base, sauté for 30 seconds.

    Remove from heat and serve immediately.
