Ingredients

3 cups water
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Organic Seasoned Vegetable Base
1 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base (Reduced Sodium)
1 can (29-ounce) pure pumpkin
1 tsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1½ cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds (garnish)
1 Tbsp olive oil (garnish)

Directions

    In a soup pot, over medium heat, add water, whisk in Vegetable and Chicken Bases until dissolved.

    Add pumpkin, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and cinnamon, stir and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium-low, slowly stir in cream and heat through.

    Garnish with toasted pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.

Serve with chicken pot stickers and soy sauce.
