This impressive yet easy-to-prepare chicken burger boasts herby cream cheese, red onion, capers and arugula fixings.

2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
2 Tbsp | everything bagel seasoning |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
6 | bagels, split |
1 pkg | brick-style herbed cream cheese (6oz), softened |
1 cup | packed arugula lettuce |
6 | thinly sliced red onion rounds |
¼ cup | drained capers |
Directions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grates well.
In large bowl, stir together chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Roasted Chicken Base, everything bagel seasoning, oil and 2 tbsp water until combined. Divide into 6 portions and shape each into 1/2-inch-thick patty.
Grill patties, turning once, for 10 to 14 minutes or until well-marked, cooked through and an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F when inserted sideways into a patty. Meanwhile, grill bagels, turning once, for 30 to 60 seconds or until lightly toasted.
Arrange burgers in toasted bagels with cream cheese, arugula, onion and capers.
Tips: Use plain, sesame seed, poppy seed or everything bagels as preferred. For over-the-top burgers, garnish also with smoked salmon slice, fresh dill and avocado slices. A popular seasoning blend, everything bagel seasoning can be found online and at most grocery stores in the seasoning section.
