1 pkg (1lb) gnocchi
¼ cup butter
1 cup diced ham
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
1½ cups 35% heavy cream
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base
1 cup frozen peas
2 Tbsp grainy musterd
2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese

    Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain well. Meanwhile, melt butter in large ovenproof skillet set over medium heat; cook ham, onion, garlic and thyme for 5 to 8 minutes or until onion is golden and tender.

    Stir in cream and Roasted Chicken Base; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Add gnocchi, peas and mustard; cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until peas are heated through.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Tip: Substitute 1 tsp dried thyme for 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme.
