Ooey-gooey and cheesy, this warm dip is the ultimate party dip that everyone will love.

8 oz | brick-style plain cream cheese, at room temperature |
⅔ cup | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base |
2 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ tsp | red chili flakes |
1¼ cups | shredded Cheddar cheese, divided |
4 oz | crumbled goat cheese |
¼ cup | finely chopped fresh chives, divided |
8 oz | assorted crackers, for serving |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mayonnaise, Seasoned Vegetable Base, mustard, garlic powder and chili flakes. Fold in 1 cup Cheddar, goat cheese and 2 tbsp of the chives.
Scrape into 8-inch square baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining chives. Serve warm with crackers.
Serve with baguette rounds and/or warm flatbread, too, if desired.
