Topped with a fresh and flavorful tomato topping, this warm, oozing baked Brie is the perfect party appetizer for any occasion.

2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
¼ cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Italian Herb Base
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 wheel (10oz) Brie cheese
1 Baguette, sliced into rounds and toasted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350˚F.

    In medium bowl, stir together cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, Culinary Collection Italian Herb Base, olive oil and garlic.

    Arrange Brie wheel in Brie baker or ovensafe serving dish. Spoon tomatoes mixture over top and around cheese.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until Brie starts to ooze.

    Serve warm with toasted baguette rounds.

Tip: Alternatively, serve with a mix of crispy crackers or flatbread.
