This colorful corn sauté with Cajun aromatics is a spicy side dish that everyone will love.

3 tbsp | butter |
1 | small onion, diced |
2 | stalks celery, diced |
1 | red pepper, diced |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | finely chopped fresh thyme |
6 cups | frozen corn, thawed |
2 tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Chicken Base |
2 tbsp | The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
Directions
Melt butter in large skillet set over medium heat; cook onion, celery, red pepper, garlic and thyme for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
Stir in corn; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until well coated. Stir in Roasted Chicken Base, hot sauce and 1/3 cup water; bring to boil.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until almost no liquid remains in pan. Sprinkle with green onions.
Also delicious made with fresh corn kernels when in season.
