¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
4 Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
2 Tbsp dill fronds

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425F. Whisk together oil, Garlic Base, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and paprika; toss with potato wedges. Arrange on large parchment paper–lined baking sheet.

    Bake, tossing once, for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender. Sprinkle with dill before serving.

Tip: Serve potato wedges as a side with grilled or roasted meats, or as an appetizer with sour cream or tzatziki sauce for dipping.
