8 oz | brick-style plain cream cheese |
½ cup | mayonnaise |
½ cup | sour cream |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base |
1 pint | cherry tomatoes, halved and divided |
8 | slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided |
1¼ cup | cups shredded white Cheddar cheese, divided |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese, divided |
1 cup | shredded lettuce |
4 | green onions, thinly sliced |
Directions
Preheat oven 400°F. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and Roasted Garlic Base until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cherry tomatoes; set aside. Reserve 2 tsp bacon; set aside.
Stir remaining cherry tomatoes and bacon, 1 cup cheddar, 2 Tbsp parmesan and green onions into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon mixture into 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and Parmesan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lettuce, and reserved tomatoes and bacon.
Serve with crackers, sliced baguette rounds and/or chips.
