Sweet, savory and tangy, these yummy kabobs can be served as an appetizer or main dish at any barbecue.

¼ cup | pineapple juice |
¼ cup | lime juice |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Fish Base |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
1 Tbsp | honey |
3 cloves | garlic, minced |
8 | bacon slices, cut into thirds |
24 | peeled deveined shrimp, tail removed |
24 | pineapple chunks |
8 | Wood Skewers |

Directions
Whisk together pineapple juice, lime juice, Fish Base, oil, honey and garlic.
Wrap piece of bacon around each shrimp. Thread evenly with pineapple onto 8 skewers. Brush with pineapple juice mixture.
Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Cook kabobs, turning occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes or until bacon is crispy and shrimp is cooked through. Serve with lime wedges (if using).
Tips:
• If using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes to help prevent charring.
• Serve 1 kabob as an appetizer or 2 kabobs as a main dish.
