This simple take on a Canadian classic is made with prepared store-bought fries for easy preparation.

Ingredients

1 bag ( 32 oz ) frozen French fries
2 Tbsp Better Than Bouillon® Organic Roasted Beef Base
1 Tbsp cornstarch
6 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed (1/2-inch cubes)
6 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed (1/2-inch cubes)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

    Prepare frozen French fries according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine Roasted Beef Base with 2 cups water; bring to boil. In small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water.

    Whisk cornstarch mixture into saucepan; return to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.

    Arrange fries on platter. Top with half of the gravy and half of the Cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan; repeat layers. Sprinkle with parsley.

Substitute your favorite cheeses for the Cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese if desired.
