1 bag ( 32 oz ) | frozen French fries |
2 Tbsp | Better Than Bouillon® Organic Roasted Beef Base |
1 Tbsp | cornstarch |
6 oz | Cheddar cheese, cubed (1/2-inch cubes) |
6 oz | mozzarella cheese, cubed (1/2-inch cubes) |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
2 Tbsp | finely chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
Prepare frozen French fries according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine Roasted Beef Base with 2 cups water; bring to boil. In small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water.
Whisk cornstarch mixture into saucepan; return to boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.
Arrange fries on platter. Top with half of the gravy and half of the Cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan; repeat layers. Sprinkle with parsley.
Substitute your favorite cheeses for the Cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese if desired.
