Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 9:00 am ET, Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (The Sweepstakes Entry Period). Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.”
Eligibility: The Better Than Bouillon x Julia Turshen giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, and all United States territories and possessions), age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
To Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the instructions provided in the Giveaway post at https://www.instagram.com/betterthanbouillon/. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prizes. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Summit Hill Foods. You may enter only once via the entry form. You must provide the information requested. Summit Hill Foods will never ask for credit card information or any other form of payment as a method of entry or verification for this Sweepstakes. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Summit Hill Foods. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. No more than the stated number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entity.
Selection of Winners/Odds: On or around Wednesday, October 16, 2024, up to 5 potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by a Better Than Bouillon representative from all eligible entries. The potential winners will be notified by Better Than Bouillon via email at consumeraffairs@shfoods.com. Winners must respond to the email from Better Than Bouillon within 48 hours from the time of initial outreach to claim their prize. Failure to respond will prompt a new winner to be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. Sponsor reserves the right to not award a prize, if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
