ounces extra firm silken tofu, drained and cut into small cubes

tablespoons red miso (stir until dissolved into ¼ cup of water)

Directions
  1. In a soup pot, over medium heat, add water, whisk in Vegetarian No Chicken Base until dissolved.
  2. Add wakame flakes and green onion bring, to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add cubed tofu, heat through.
  4. Remove from heat, gently stir in miso-water mixture.
Serve with vegetarian sushi and green tea.
