Directions
  1. Coat a soup pot with cooking spray. Place soup pot over medium-low heat, add chopped bacon. Cook and stir until done, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, celery and bell pepper. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add water, whisk in Clam, Ham and Chili Bases until dissolved.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato sauce, potatoes, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt and bay leaf. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, add lemon juice and clams, stir to combine. Simmer uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove bay leaf before serving
Serve with pasta salad and crusty warm garlic bread.
