Directions
  1. Combine aioli ingredients in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate.
  2. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill grate by cleaning and oiling; preheat.
  3. Gently combine lamb, garlic, Chili Base, cumin, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 oval patties, about a ½ inch thick.
  4. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat, until done, turning once, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Serve burgers in pita bread halves with Cilantro-Mint Aioli and desired vegetable toppings.
Serve with fruit kabobs by alternating strawberries, grapes and pineapple pieces onto wooden skewers, for a tasty, healthy side.
