Directions
  1. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium-high heat add sausage, cook and stir, breaking sausage apart into bite-sized crumbles, about 15 minutes. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir, 3-4 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. In a soup pot, heat water over medium heat, whisk in Au Jus and Vegetable
  3. Bases. Add carrots, celery, green beans, tomatoes, tomato juice, basil, oregano, pepper and bay leaf, stir to combine. Bring soup to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, add orzo, cover and simmer, until done, about 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add beans and heat through, about 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
