Directions
  1. In a small bowl, add curry sauce ingredients; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a large bowl, add lime juice, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, curry paste, ginger, coriander, Chicken and Lobster Bases, garlic powder, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Add turkey, cilantro and green onion to bowl and gently mix to combine.
  3. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. In a large non-stick skillet, add 2 teaspoons of grape seed oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook patties until done, about 8-10 minutes, turning once.
  5. Serve with Asian greens, 1 tablespoon of curry sauce and freshly sliced mango.
When cooking burgers, never press down on the patties with a spatula because valuable juices are lost and burgers will not be moist.
