Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground round, garlic and Fish Base.
  2. Divide meat mixture into 5 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ½ inch thick patty.
  3. Preheat gas grill on high for approximately 5-8 minutes, turn grill off; clean and oil grill grate. Turn grill on to medium-high heat.
  4. Place patties on prepared grate; do not overcrowd, grill until desired doneness, about 5-8 minutes per side. To ensure proper doneness, use an instant read thermometer.
  5. Place red onion slices on the bottom half of each bun, place patties on onions and top with arugula and Wasabi Pineapple Crab Sauce.
  6. In a food processor, add mayonnaise, pineapple, garlic, cilantro and wasabi paste, process until combined.
  7. Pour into a small bowl, stir in chopped crab, cover and refrigerate.
