(7-ounce) container of ready-to-eat guacamole* (use 2-3 tablespoons per Fiesta Burger, may substitute with your favorite chunky salsa)

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, add ground pork, chorizo, Vegetable Base and Salsa Verde, mix to combine. Divide meat mixture into 5 equal portions; shape each portion into a patty.
  2. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat.
  3. Place patties in skillet; do not over crowd, cook until done, about 15-20 minutes, turn occasionally. To ensure proper doneness, use an instant read thermometer.
  4. Turn heat off; cover each patty with sliced cheese; cover skillet to allow cheese to melt.
  5. Place patties on toasted buns and generously top with guacamole.
*Spice up your guacamole with ¼ cup salsa, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice and ? teaspoon garlic powder, stir to combine. Garnish with sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce leaves or fresh jalapeño slices.
