ounces uncooked spaghetti (cook, drain, set aside)

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, add ground chicken, Chicken Base, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs oregano and garlic powder, mix to combine.
  2. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Add olive oil to a large non-stick skillet, heat over medium heat.
  4. Place patties in skillet; do not over crowd, cook until done, about 15 minutes, turn occasionally. To ensure proper doneness, use an instant read thermometer.
  5. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, generously coat with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Place cooked chicken burgers on prepared baking sheet, top each with 2 tablespoons of warmed sauce. Place cheese on top of sauced chicken burgers.
  7. Turn oven on to 300°F., place burgers in oven until cheese melts.
  8. Place prepared chicken patties on toasted bun bottoms.
  9. Twirl a small amount of cooked spaghetti onto a dinner fork. Place fork in the center of the chicken burger. Spoon sauce over spaghetti.
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Patties may also be grilled over medium heat; prepare grill grate, do not grill over direct flam, grill until done. Then continue at step 5.
