Directions
  1. In a soup pot with oil over medium-high heat, add onion, carrots, celery and garlic; cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add water, Roasted Beef Base, diced tomatoes, and tomato juice; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, add basil, oregano, black pepper, bay leaf, green beans and sausage. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add beans and heat through, about 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
