Directions
  1. Preheat the grill to 425°F.
  2. Add the oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, Roasted Garlic Base, and Seasoned Vegetable Base to a large bowl; whisk to combine. Add the zucchini and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the zucchini from the marinade and place directly onto the grill. Grill for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with your favorite grilled meat.
Delicious with portabella mushrooms, squash, or eggplant. *Substitute 1 tablespoon of minced garlic if Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Garlic Base is not available.
