cups all-purpose flour
2¼ cups all-purpose flour

4 tablespoons melted butter
tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Bring a large stockpot of water to a boil.
Add the flour, eggs, milk, and Roasted Chicken Base to a bowl. Stir until a dough forms.
Add the dough in batches to a food mill. Mill the dough over the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the spatzle floats. Remove the cooked spatzle to a colander and continue cooking the remaining dough.
Toss the spatzle with the melted butter, parsley and serve immediately.
