Directions
  1. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the lemon juice, set aside.
  2. Add the olive oil to a large sauce pan over high heat. Add the cod to the pan and cook for 30 seconds per side. Remove the cod to a plate. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp to a plate.
  3. Add the tomatoes and the wine to the pan and reduce by half, 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, red pepper, Roasted Garlic Base, Clam Base, and pasta water to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a large pan with a lid. Remove the clams and mussels from the ice water and add to the pan, cover and steam for 4-5 minutes or until open. Remove the opened shellfish from the water and add them directly to the sauce pan. Discard unopened shells.
  5. Add the cod and shrimp back to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti and basil. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
