Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Add the potatoes, Brussels sprouts, olive oil, pepper, thyme and Roasted Garlic Base to a large bowl, toss to combine. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet directly into the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes or until a knife slides easily into the center of a potato.
  3. Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve immediately.
