Directions
  1. Add the butter to a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add the shallots and basil leaves, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Add the Roasted Garlic Base, garlic, Hot Sauce, and heavy cream to the pan and poach the shrimp for 3-4 minutes more.
  2. Add the parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and tortellini to the pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes more.
  3. Serve immediately.
